Yes. If your project combines multiple services or needs something outside the listed options, contact us for a custom quote.
Usage rights depend on the agreement confirmed for your project. Please explain your intended use when requesting a quote so the scope and rights can be documented clearly.
The number and type of revisions should be confirmed in your project quote before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Absolutely—reach out with the changes you need. Additional updates, toggles, outfits, or revisions can be quoted separately depending on the original scope and file availability.

Before we begin
Terms of Service
These are starter terms for the website prototype. Replace them with your finalized studio policies and have them reviewed as appropriate before accepting paid commissions.
01 — Project scope & payment
- Every project must have a written brief, agreed deliverables, quote, and estimated timeline before work begins.
- Work begins after the agreed payment or deposit has been received.
- Additional requests outside the confirmed scope may require an updated quote.
02 — Process & revisions
- Feedback should be provided at the checkpoints agreed for the project.
- Revision limits and what counts as a revision should be confirmed in the quote.
- Changes to an approved stage may require extra time or fees.
03 — Rights & credit
- Usage rights, commercial use, merchandising, and attribution requirements must be stated in writing for each commission.
- Unless agreed otherwise, Akinori Studio may request permission to display completed work in its portfolio. Confidential projects should be discussed before work begins.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute source files unless this is explicitly included in the agreement.
04 — Cancellation & delivery
- Cancellation terms and any applicable refunds should be documented in the project agreement before payment.
- Final files are delivered after the agreed approval and payment conditions have been met.
- Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files.
05 — Communication
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and provide the information needed to keep the project moving. Please contact the studio if a timeline or project requirement changes.
